To apply for an account you must follow the three steps below.

When you’ve read through the account details and terms & conditions, complete and sign your application form.

Application form - Individual / Joint holders

Application form - Companies, Trusts etc.

Post the application to us with the relevant forms of identification and your initial investment to:

If acceptable verification of identity documents for all parties to the account are not supplied with the account opening form, then the deposit cheque, BACS payment or telegraphic transfer will immediately be returned.
